ATTENTION you must make this granola ASAP. I can attest it’s the best healthy granola recipe out there. Trust me, I’ve tried a handful of recipes. Put that store bought granola down. Make this recipe and you’ll never go back.

Tips:
- The edges cook faster. To prevent burning make the edges thick. See my before picture on how I put it on the pan.
- Don’t forget to stir halfway. This ensures even crispiness π
- Refrain from eating it straight out of the oven. Let. it. cool. I know, it’s going to be hard. But, you have to… because when it cools, it gets crispy. And that’s what you want!
- If you’ve never made homemade granola before, here’s the tip for telling when it’s done. Let a piece of the *golden* granola cool for a couple of minutes, if it gets crispy then it’s done.
How to Eat This Granola:
- Plain. Yep, it’s that good.
- In milk. Granola can be cereal too, right?
- With yogurt. Make a parfait out of it.
- On a sweet potato boat! With more nut butter ofc.
- If you’re putting nut butter on something you might as well add some granola on top.
- In some oatmeal. Gotta love that crunch.
- On top of a smoothie. I’m not a smoothie person but you do you girl.
