Hey there, thanks for checking out my blog! I launched this blog in May 2019 as a place to share what I’m cooking, show college students how easy it is to cook healthfully, nutrition tips and where to eat. If you love easy weeknight meals, delicious and nutritious desserts, and finding the best restaurants then you’ll feel right at home. I’m still learning about all things nutrition and cooking and I can’t wait to share them with you as I discover!
Growing up I was served the same bland and simple things: chicken, rice and steamed vegetables. When I got to college I was eager to explore how I can have fun with food by making it full of flavor, delicious and nutritious. After creating a foodsta (food instagram) over a year ago, I decided it’s time to start a blog. I have so much more to say than just posting pictures of food. Also, I wanted a place to organize my ideas that is easily accessible to my family and friends. Click on this link to subscribe to my blog via email.
My friends and family say:
“That looks so good,” “those are the only ingredients?” “wow, I can’t believe how easy that is!” “will you send me that recipe, I want to make it!”
“How do you meal prep?” “how do you make healthy food?” “I’m running out of things to make!”
One of my favorite past times is surfing the web or Instagram for healthy recipes. When I find a recipe I like, I save the link to my recipe document. My recipe document is a collection of hundreds of recipes that I want to make in the near future. I also have a section of recipes that I have tried and loved that I want to make again. I use my recipe document to save recipes so they don’t get forgotten. It serves as a place to store recipes so I’m never running out of things to make or getting sick of eating the same thing. I am excited to share with you all the recipes I’ve been making from my recipe document.
